John spent 18 years as a pastor in full time ministry in Kalamazoo. He as also worked for Harold Zeigler Auto Group, M&M Motor Mall as well as in business consulting. He has been developing internet sites since 1995, before most universities even offered courses on the subject.

Bob Schwab: Web Development. He is responsible for designing and building dynamic websites from start to finish to the clients specifications. He also continues to work along with the client during this process to ensure their goals are met. Bob is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a graduate, with honors, of Kalamazoo Valley Community College's web design program at the Center of New Media. Before his work with Wow Web Works, Bob served as a television director at WWMT where he worked in their operations department for over 11 years.  He is well versed in tight deadlines and working with people in a group setting.

Shane Corning: Web Developer & 2D / 3D Multimedia Creator / Animator. He graduated from Kalamazoo Michigan's Loy Norrix majoring in Commercial Graphic Design while simultaneously working with local print shops. He then earned two Associates degrees from K.V.C.C. - one in Commercial Graphic Design and one in Interactive Web Design / Animation. Shane currently helps the local non-profit organization Family Adoption Consultants, as well as private citizens, with computer issues. In his spare time, he enjoys learning POSIX-based systems, their programming languages / standards, & creating games, puzzles, & music.

Bill Truesdell: Although trained as an educator, Bill’s first love has always been writing. During his 11-year tenure as a public school teacher, Bill earned his master’s degree and was honored by the Jaycee organization as their Outstanding Young Educator. After leaving education to pursue a fulltime writing career, he spent two years freelancing for a variety of clients before joining the staff of Biggs Gilmore Communications as a copywriter/proofreader. He was soon promoted to Senior Copywriter and later served as VP/Senior Writer and Senior VP/Creative Supervisor. He left the firm after 25 years as their Executive VP/Operations.

During Bill’s tenure with Biggs Gilmore, he was successful in virtually every writing venue, including Web sites, print advertising, radio, television, public relations materials, feature and technical articles, sales literature, direct mail, catalogs, manuals and installation guides—to name a few examples. To prepare himself for grant proposal writing, Bill attended a training session conducted by The Grantsmanship Center of Los Angeles, one of the most respected training authorities in the grant world. Since completing that training, Bill has won funding for 75% of the grants he has authored.

During his career Bill has published three books (one ghost written for a client) and hundreds of pieces in magazines and newspapers. He is currently a fulltime freelance writing and communications consultant. He created www.tripswithatwist.com and writes a weekly travel column of the same name for the Kalamazoo Gazette. Karen Clark is the company office administrator and bookkeeper. She also does excellent proof reading and coding as needed. Karen has worked in as a legal secretary for over 30 years and brings that experience and dedication to detail to the work at Wow.
