News Release - Wow Web Works and E3 Public Relations - Monday, July 07, 2008

For Immediate Release July 8, 2008

THREE COMPANIES COMBINE EFFORTS
A business-consulting firm, a communications/public relations firm and a website development firm combine to create a unique full-service communications/public relations entity.

Portage, Mich. ---During mid-summer 2007, the business consulting firm of E3 Milestones, LLC embarked upon a campaign to become unique in the public communications and public relations arena. They would do this by providing clients with the full range of traditional public relations services and to include services not necessarily offered by typical public relations firms.
“It was our objective to become a complete business-to-business, business-to-market and business-to-community communications and public relations firm,” said Gerald W. Ogg, a principal of E3. “We wanted not only public relations and marketing skill sets on staff; we wanted legal, business consulting and high-end Website development skills on staff as well.”
The first combination of companies became official on August 1, 2007 when E3 Milestones, LLC merged Y-Communications/Public Relations into its operations. Y-Communications/Public Relations, founded in 1989 by Joseph E. Yantis, APR. This brought together highly respected public relations expertise and a long-standing client base into the mix along with emerging website development capabilities; traditional and modern media communications.
Regarding the 2007 merger, Yantis said, “When I made the decision to ease into retirement, my overriding concern was that Y-Comm./PR clients would be provided with quality products and services plus a smooth transition. Over my 46 years in public relations, I’ve participated in a speed-of-light transition to technology. Clients today expect 21st-century technologies, and the merger with E3 Milestones---operating this business unit as E3 Public Relations---provides those much sought –after marketing tools.”
Yantis went on to say, “Not only are the Y-Comm./PR clients receiving the service they expect, they now have access to a broader base of public relations, marketing, business consulting, legal and technology services through a single service provider. It’s also rewarding to observe how the expansion of ‘Internet-ology’ provided by E3 benefits both our traditional and frontier-forging clients. It is exciting and why my personal plan is to stay involved in the organization for the foreseeable future.”
Following the Y-Comm./PR deal and while working on a broad-reaching wrongful conviction public awareness campaign in November 2007, and under significant time constraints, E3 contracted Wow Web Works (WWW), a Portage based Website Developer to help build a fully functional and dynamic website for the campaign. Its President, John Clark, responded by delivering an exceptional product within the specified time limits, which established the foundation for the sharing of additional projects between the two companies going forward.
In April 2008, E3 Public Relations and Wow Web Works teamed again to undertake a significant public relations and website development project for Kalamazoo Communities In Schools www.kcis.us. WWW donated the KCIS Website and E3 donated time and materials to the PR project. “One of the things that makes our relationship unique,” said Clark, “is the ability to quickly build a dynamic website that will help the client externally, yet at the same time incorporate an online intranet system for internal communications. With the relationship I now have with E3, we are able to weave in a company’s business plan, PR, marketing and advertising needs to give us a more holistic approach to web development.”
E3 Public Relations and Wow Web Works have recently agreed to affiliate formally. “We’ve worked with John Clark and Wow Web Works on some important projects. The work of WWW is exceptional in quality and its customer service response meets and often exceeds our standards in a solid working relationship,” said Ray Lohner, an E3 principal. Lohner concluded, “E3 Public Relations and Wow Web Works clients and prospective clients can now enhance and support their public relations and marketing campaigns with a Website that is not only cost effective, but gives instant access to all potential business available on the World Wide Web.”
